Our Story
Moonhouse Mercantile is a resale and gift boutique owned and operated by April Lyman. April’s love for circular fashion began early, wandering Richmond’s beloved Fan thrift stores and vintage havens like Fan-Tastic Thrift, The Clothes Rack, and Bygones. That same spirit of discovery inspires Moonhouse Mercantile today.
Every piece in our shop has been through the owner’s carefully curated collection — each item has been chosen, cleaned, and cared-for, ready to begin a beautiful second life with you. By shopping resale, we keep clothing out of overflowing landfills and resist the cycle of buy-wear-discard. Here, every item has a history — and a future.
